智通财经APP获悉，阿里影业(01060)午后涨近20%，两日累计涨幅已超50%，截至发稿，涨14.75%，报0.7港元，成交额5.33亿港元。
消息面上，阿里影业午间公布，拟将公司中文第二名称由“阿里巴巴影业集团有限公司”更改为“大麦娱乐控股有限公司”。董事会认为，建议更改公司名称将有利于公司进一步在全娱乐生态，特别是线下娱乐市场提升其品牌的市场知名度及重塑品牌策略，同时为公司提供更相关及独特的企业形象和身份；有利于集团的未来多元化业务发展。
此外，5月19日，阿里影业发布2025财年业绩，截至2025年3月31日，阿里影业实现收入人民币67.02亿元，同比增长33%；归属于本公司所有者利润3.64亿元，同比增加28%；经调整EBITA为8.09亿元，同比增加61%。中金表示，由于IP商品化业务增长好于预期，该行上调2026财政年度non-IFRS净利预测13.6%至11.89亿元，2027财政年度non-IFRS净利预测13.44亿元。
