海通国际发布研报指出，固生堂公告，25Q1就诊人次约为121.0万(+12.7%)。25Q1线下增速快于线上，逐季度加快。据公司经营情况交流会，25Q1线下门诊量增速达16.0%。此外，3月整体就诊量同比增长近20%，4月线下门诊量同比增长近25%，逐季度回暖。
该行续指，7月将推出名医AI分身，公司预计全年贡献3000万元业绩。据交流会，公司计划在7月推出首批10个中医领域头部专家的AI分身，覆盖皮肤科、妇科、呼吸科等科室。目前处于数据采集和内测阶段。另外，公司计划2025年新增10个院内制剂，预计院内制剂收入超过5000万元。
华福证券表示，公司积极拥抱AI，持续加码中医AI研发，公司计划推出智能硬件设备及AI医生助手，提升中医医疗服务中辅助诊疗能力，实现更高效的诊疗服务流程，以及实现更多的优质医疗资源供给。同时，AI有望赋能公司实现更精细化的客户服务，持续提升客户留存率和单客户收入。
