智通财经APP获悉，宁德时代(03750)上市次日涨超5%，该股昨日大涨超16%较A股溢价。截至发稿，涨5.29%，报322.4港元，成交额19.62亿港元。
消息面上，宁德时代公布，5月20日，整体协调人悉数行使15%超额配股权，涉及合共2033.67万股。每股价格263港元，额外所得净额53.05亿港元。超额股份预期5月23日开始买卖。交银国际指出，宁德时代港股上市后，将成为A+H上市企业，可吸引中国内地及海外资本，支持海外产能扩张与技术研发；同时可借助欧洲本地化生产应对贸易不确定性，进一步巩固其在电池领域的全球龙头地位，为中国企业出海树立新标杆。
