　　宁德时代(03750.HK)昨日成功在香港上市，上市当日晚间即发布公告，整体协调人于当日悉数行使超额配股权，涉及合共2033.67万股H股，占全球发售项下可供认购的发售股份总数约15%，额外募资53.49亿港元，额外募资净额约53.05亿港元。

　　行使超额配股权后，令宁德时代是次IPO全球发售股份数目增至1.559153亿股，募资总额达410.06亿港元。

　　超额配股权股份预期将于2025年5月23日上午九时正开始在联交所主板上市及买卖。

　　联交所已批准该宁德时代豁免严格遵守上市规则第8.08(1)(b)条的规定，即公众人士不时持有公司H股的最低比例不得低于已发行股本总额的1.6%。

　　紧随超额配股权获悉数行使完成后，公众人士持有的H股数目占宁德时代已发行股本总额约3.42%。

　　截至今日(5月21日)午间收市，宁德时代港股每股收报341.6港元，总市值约1.55万亿港元；A股每股收报274.52元人民币，H股较A股溢价14.57%。
