智通财经APP获悉，美图公司(01357)高开近15%，截至发稿，涨14.92%，报6.78港元，成交额8613.65万港元。
消息面上，美图公司发布公告，宣布与阿里巴巴签署2.5亿美元可转债协议，同时，双方还将在电商平台、AI技术、云计算等领域展开战略合作。公告显示，阿里巴巴以可转债的形式投资美图，本金总额为2.5亿美元（净筹资约2.496亿美元），为期3年，年利率为1%。阿里巴巴可在发行日起至到期日前5个工作日行使转换权，按每股6.00港元的价格转换为美图公司股票。
根据公告，美图公司和阿里巴巴将在电商和模型开发领域展开深入合作。此外，双方还将探索更多差异化创新项目，为各自平台用户创造独特体验。目前双方已签署投资协议，最终交割需满足相关政府审批及其他先决条件，包括但不限于港交所批准转换股份上市，国家发改委对债券发行的批准等。
