消息面上，滔搏发布截至2025年2月底财政年度业绩，收入270.13亿元人民币，同比减少6.64%，主要受消费需求疲软及线下客流持续下滑影响；权益持有人应占溢利12.86亿元，同比减少41.89%；拟派发末期股息每股2分及特别股息每股12分。
公告称，面对销售下滑带来的存货压力，集团与品牌合作伙伴携手，通过加速全渠道库存打通与周转、加大整体促销力度、战术性调整及线上线下销售结构等措施予以应对，其中下半财年的调整力度环比进一步加大。受以上因素的影响，集团毛利率同比下滑3.4个百分点至38.4%，公司权益持有人应占利润同比下降。至财年末，集团的存货管控已产生成效。
