智通财经APP获悉，中集集团(02039)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.17%，报5.49港元，成交额2140.43万港元。
消息面上，中集集团发布公告称，经2024年度股东大会审议并批准，为积极响应国家政策导向、提振股东信心，中集集团计划动用自有资金回购不超过5亿港元的H股股份。此外，公司近期更改H股除净日。
此外，随着中美实施一系列关税调整措施，美国进口商大幅增加从中国的进口订单。中集集团一季度业绩显示，期内实现营业总收入360亿元，同比增长11%；归母净利润5.4亿元，同比增长550%；扣非归母净利润5.2亿元，同比增长132%。集装箱产销同比稳健增长，一季度公司干箱销量53万TEU，同比增长7%。
