　　洛阳钼业（03993）盘中涨近5%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.11%，现报6.58港元，成交额1.43亿港元。

　　值得注意的是，洛阳钼业4月宣布，将以全现金方式收购加拿大上市公司Lumina黄金，交易总价约5.81亿加元。Lumina公司100%持有位于厄瓜多尔西南部埃尔奥罗省的Cangrejos金矿项目。

　　国投证券指出，该矿山周边多项基础设施完备，开采成本预计将具竞争力，目前仍在矿权范围内及矿体深部进行勘探。未来黄金矿山开发有望成为公司新利润增长点。
