中国卫生集团(00673.HK) 今日(23日)复牌，公司公布，向应伟旗下Ample Colour、应伟女儿应任斯旗下Perfect Link及邬琳玲共发行7亿股新股，占扩大后股本约52.3%，每股作价0.1元，较昨日(22日)收市价0.14元折让约28.6%。同时，公司按每10股供3股的基准发行供股股份，每股作价0.1元，筹集总金额介乎约1,470万至1,500万元。
认购事项及供股之估计所得款项总额约为8,470万元，净集资约8,090万元，拟将当中约6,530万元用于偿付应付款项(包括债务及贷款等)，约1,560万元用作营运资金。
应伟意向为继续经营集团之现有主要业务，并不拟对集团业务作出任何重大变动。
集团指出，过去数年仍持续录得亏损，并面临流动性压力及清盘程序威胁。应伟作为准备提供即时资金支持之投资者出现，可解决集团流动性需求以及长期业务可持续性之必要及策略性的财务重组。
集团认为，应伟之行业专长将对应对中国医疗行业之挑战以及推动集团业务发展起到关键作用，另透过更加广泛的产品组合以及更加多元的客户群体，预期建议可通过加强集团医院经营及拓展医疗器械及耗材分销业务强化集团之业务平台。(jl/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
