Nomura Holdings (TYO:8604) priced 700 million euros in senior unsecured fixed-rate notes under its Euro Note Program, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo exchange.
The notes bear an annual interest rate of 3.459% and will mature on May 28, 2030, the filing said.
Interest payments will begin on May 28, 2026, and continue annually. Settlement is scheduled for May 27.
