Xinda Investment Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2025. The proposals included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, which was approved. The re-election of Mr. Wei Qiang and Ms. Zou Yanhong as executive directors and Mr. Wong, Yik Chung John as an independent non-executive director were all approved.
