5月23日，哔哩哔哩（09626/BILI）发布公告，宣布进行额外发售9000万美元可换股优先票据。此次票据发售的本金总额为6亿美元，预计在2030年到期。
公告中提到，初始买方已于2025年5月22日行使其权利，按与票据相同的购买价格购买所有期权票据，预计净筹集所得款项为6.78亿美元。
公司计划将筹集的资金用于增强其内容生态以促进用户增长、加速IP资产创造及释放其内在潜力，同时提高整体变现效率，拨付同步回购及其他一般企业用途。公告中还列出了股权结构的变化，显示在票据发售及同步回购后，公司的股东及其投票权比例将发生相应变化。
