路透迪拜/纽约5月23日 - 两位知情消息人士透露，沙特国有石油巨头沙特阿美(Aramco)2223.SE正探索出售部分资产以筹集资金。该公司在寻求国际扩张之际，正面临原油价格下降的压力。
作为沙特财政收入支柱的沙特阿美今年将把派息削减近三分之一，因油价下跌冲击其业绩。
两位知情人士称，该公司已要求投资银行就资产变现提出方案，但未透露具体出售标的及相关银行的名称。
另有两位知情人士表示，沙特阿美正在寻求提升效率并削减成本，其中一人指出，资产出售是考虑中的一个选项。
上述四位消息人士均要求匿名，因未获授权对媒体讲话。沙特阿美未回应置评请求。
