一脉阳光拟1272万元增资上海融公社 510万元控股武汉融公社
5月23日，一脉阳光（02522）发布公告，宣布与上海融公社及相关方达成增资和股权转让协议。
根据协议，一脉阳光健康管理将认购上海融公社9.58%的股权，增资金额为1272万元。同时，一脉阳光健康管理还将收购武汉融公社51%的股权，收购价格为510万元。
此次增资和收购事项的完成需满足一系列先决条件，包括对目标公司的尽职调查、相关交易文件的签署、股东的批准等。
增资后，一脉阳光健康管理在上海融公社的持股比例将增至25.9%，而武汉融公社将成为公司的附属公司，其财务业绩将合并入本集团的财务报表。公告中提到，增资及收购事项构成公司的关联交易，因而需遵守相关上市规则的申报及公告要求。
