比推消息，加密交易所 Crypto.com 宣布获得欧盟金融工具市场指令（MiFID）牌照，获准在欧洲经济区提供受监管的加密货币金融衍生品服务。该平台此前已于 2025 年 1 月获得欧盟加密资产市场（MiCA）框架原则性批准，并通过收购塞浦路斯交易服务公司 A.N. Allnew Investments 获得塞浦路斯证监会批准。Crypto.com 联合创始人兼 CEO Kris Marszalek 表示，在获得 MiCA 牌照后已扩大欧洲业务布局，新牌照将提供更多服务方式。
