瀚蓝环境拟私有化粤丰环保 6月2日下午4时起正式生效
5月21日，瀚蓝环境（600323）发布公告，拟通过控股子公司瀚蓝（香港）环境投资有限公司私有化粤丰环保，从而使粤丰环保成为其控股子公司并从香港联交所退市。本次交易符合《上市公司重大资产重组管理办法》的标准，构成重大资产重组。公告显示，截至目前，本次交易的所有先决条件均已达成。
在进展方面，2025年5月20日，开曼群岛大法院已批准了相关协议安排计划。粤丰环保已向香港联交所申请撤销其上市地位，并获得批准，计划自2025年6月2日下午4时起生效，预计在2025年5月30日（开曼群岛时间）生效。公司将继续推进交易相关工作，确保遵守法律法规。
2025年一季度，瀚蓝环境实现收入26.01亿元，归母净利润4.20亿元。
