广州日报讯 （全媒体记者夏铭）5月20日，新能源龙头企业宁德时代在香港联合交易所主板挂牌上市，成为国内首家同时在A股和H股上市的动力电池公司。此次港股上市，宁德时代全球发售股份总数为“绿鞋”（超额配售选择权）前1.35亿股，发行价格为263港元/股，募集资金净额约353亿港元（约合人民币325亿元），创香港近年最大IPO，也是今年全球最大的IPO。
当日，该股高开超12%，盘中涨幅一度扩大至18.4%，截至收盘，宁德时代涨超16%。中国银河证券的一位投顾对记者表示，宁德时代开盘首日高开反映出市场对新能源行业看好，这可能会提升A股市场对新能源板块的关注度和信心，进而带动相关板块的表现，对大盘产生积极影响。
根据宁德时代招股书，本次港股IPO募集资金的90%将投向匈牙利项目第一期及第二期建设，进一步提升本地化供应能力，巩固公司在新能源领域的全球领先地位。宁德时代港股上市后表现强劲，出现罕有的H股较A股小幅溢价。对此，瑞银全球投资银行部中国股票资本市场主管胡凌寒表示，宁德时代为万亿市值的龙头企业，折让幅度会较窄。“过去三年已有大量美国上市的中概股回流香港，基于香港市场在流动性及投资者基础方面具有优势，预计下半年会有更多中概股回流港股上市。”胡凌寒表示。
