5月23日消息，港股生物技术、药品股多股大涨，其中，今日正式上市的恒瑞医药和MIRXES分别涨超30%、36%。歌礼制药、博安生物、科伦博泰生物、凯莱英、信达生物等个股纷纷大涨。

　　消息面上，一方面受益于三生制药与辉瑞达成的PD-1/VEGF双抗SSGJ-707全球权益合作的消息催化，中国创新药企通过技术授权（License-out）加速融入全球产业链，市场对于国产创新药出海预期被放大。

　　此外从医药基本面的角度，机构普遍认为，2025年是行业“三个元年”——收入放量元年（医保谈判后产品加速放量）、盈利跨越元年（成批企业进入盈利期）、估值抬升元年（支付端改善拉长估值周期）。导致资金的风格偏好正从AI、机器人等赛道向创新药漂移，筹码结构改善显著。

　　个股方面，恒瑞医药在公开发售阶段获454.85倍认购，国际配售阶段获17.09倍认购。据恒瑞医药披露的2024年年度报告，2024年公司实现营业收入279.85亿元，同比增长22.63%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润63.37亿元，同比增长47.28%。

　　MIRXES-B全球发售4662万股股份，每股发售价23.3港元，全球发售净筹约8.8亿港元，其中香港公开发售获25.51 倍认购，国际发售获0.98倍认购。
