智通财经APP获悉，微创医疗(00853)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.07%，报6.99港元，成交额5455.7万港元。
小摩发布研报称，微创医疗子公司微创机器人(02252)宣布拟配售2513.65万股新H股，所得资金将用于业务发展，同时微创医疗亦计划以销售价每股15.5港元出售最多3016.35万股微创机器人股份，占微创机器人全部已发行股本的约3%。该行认为，此次出售股份事件对微创医疗收入和利润预测影响甚微，但目前对公司资产负债表看法转趋审慎。
小摩预期，与前几次出售微创机器人股份不同，此次微创医疗可能出于履行财务义务的资金需求。微创医疗曾与高瓴对赌，若旗下心律管理(CRM)业务微创心律未能于2025年7月前上市，将面临赎回风险。
