【比特币矿企Cipher Mining拟发行可转换优先票据募资1.5亿美元】金色财经报道，纳斯达克上市比特币矿企Cipher Mining宣布计划根据市场及其他条件发行2030年到期可转换优先票据拟募资的总额为1.5亿美元，据悉Cipher Mining将利用本次募集的资金完成Black Pearl数据中心项目的第一阶段建设。此外，在发行票据的同时，Cipher Mining还宣布摩根士丹利代表其自身和/或其关联公司计划通过单独承销发行的方式，发行从第三方借入的一定数量的普通股，以方便部分票据购买者进行对冲交易。
