Tokyo Tatemono Co. Ltd. has reported its financial results for the three months ending March 31, 2025. The company recorded significant growth in its operating revenue, reaching ¥126.665 billion, which represents a 9.0% increase from ¥116.195 billion in the same period of the previous fiscal year. The increase in sales was primarily driven by the Commercial Properties and Residential businesses. In the Residential Business segment, notable projects such as "Brillia Tower Minoh Semba" in Osaka Prefecture and "Brillia Seiseki Sakuragaoka BLOOMING TERRACE" in Tokyo contributed to the performance. Additionally, the sales of real estate business included the project "Sompo Care Laviere Motosumiyoshi" in Kanagawa Prefecture, marking a notable contribution to property sales to investors. Operating profit for the quarter was reported at ¥14.651 billion, a 23.2% increase compared to ¥11.895 billion in the previous fiscal year. The company has maintained its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, with expected operating revenues of ¥503 billion and an ordinary profit of ¥86 billion. The report indicates no significant changes in the scope of consolidation during the period, and there have been no revisions in the accounting policies or estimates.
