Disa (SGX:532) received a listing and quotation notice for up to 4,510,123,361 rights shares, for the same number of warrants, and for the same number of warrant shares, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The listing and quotation of the rights shares, warrants and warrant shares are subject to compliance with the SGX listing requirements.
