消息面上，万国数据公布第一季度财报，净收入27.23亿人民币，同比增加12%；毛利为6.448亿元，同比增加23.7%。净利润为约7.64亿元，同比扭亏为盈；经调整EBITDA同比增长16.1%至13.238亿元。
截至2025年3月31日，签约及预签约的总面积为649561平方米，同比增加6.7%。计费面积为462423平方米，同比增加14.6%。运营面积的计费率为75.7%。
