智通财经APP讯，金奥国际(00009)公布，于2025年5月20日，该公司接获Perfect Win Properties Limited(为投资者B)(呈请人)根据公司清盘程序2022年第467号向香港特别行政区高等法院提交的有关香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例的呈请，内容据称公司可能因未能支付其债务而被高等法院清盘。该呈请将于2025年7月9日上午10时00分于高等法院聆讯。
该呈请乃针对公司未能根据相关票据认购协议偿付结欠呈请人的款项港币3,947,149.22按照各自的租金,及营运费用和政府税率而作出。
公告称，公司正在征求其法律顾问的意见，以确定下一步措施及可能采取的法律行动，以保护公司及其他利益相关者的权益。鉴于可能的清盘令对股份转让的影响，公司亦正在就可能向香港高等法院申请认可令一事征求其法律顾问的意见。
