5月21日，有用户反映，小米法务部在5月19日发布的黑公关案件通报微博已变为不可见状态。

　　《经济参考报》记者在社交平台查阅后发现，小米法务部微博中已看不到此条通报。其他用户的转发则显示，“该微博因违反法律法规或《微博社区公约》的相关规定，已被删除。”此外，雷军和王化等一众小米集团高管对于该微博的转发内容同样集体消失。

　　对于上述情况，《经济参考报》记者联系小米相关工作人员咨询上述问题，截至发稿暂未收到回复。

　　5月19日，小米法务部发微博表示，一起有组织、有预谋的网络黑公关案件已经告破。该案件的有关犯罪团伙自2024年12月起直至近期，利用文案自动生成软件捏造关于小米的虚假信息，并操纵近万个社交媒体账号进行恶意炒作。

　　小米法务部称，目前公安机关已依法对多名犯罪嫌疑人采取刑事强制措施，案件还在进一步调查。

　　小米创办人、董事长兼CEO雷军，小米公关部总经理王化此前曾转发该微博并表示，网络不是法外之地，对造谣、抹黑等侵权行为，小米将坚决以法律手段保护自身合法权益。但这两条微博现已不可见。

　　值得注意的是，小米近期动作频繁，小米YU7将在5月22日发布。同时，雷军公开表示，小米自主研发设计的手机SoC芯片“玄戒O1”已开始大规模量产。（实习生赵月对本文亦有贡献）
