智通财经APP获悉，中银香港(02388)个金产品总经理周国昌表示，预料中短期内，一至三个月港元拆息将维持在2至3%，各大银行的存款利率将保持在约2%水平，5月初香港港元拆息由4%以上降至2%以下，港美息差差距较大，港汇由7.75强方跌至7.83，该行CASA Ratio自今年初至今持续稳健增长。
他指出，2024年香港楼宇市场买卖宗数约6.8万宗，预期2025年温和增长，一手盘为主要推动力，料楼价今年不会有大波动，预期今年按揭业务将保持领先市场。
他提及，对于今年财富管理业务策略展望，会发挥人民币及跨境服务优势，捕捉政策引领的资本市场机遇，透过与母行联动强化跨境在线线下混合服务模式，亦会深耕重点客群，围绕年青、初老、高端及跨境客户构建专属的生活化服务方案，完善财富管理生态圈。
对于今年策略展望，中银人寿执行总裁邓子平表示，将联动中银香港，加强协同优势，亦会强化跨行业合作，构建特色生态圈。在养老金融方面，启动全球旅居，构建跨境养老体系，而在保险+医疗方面，会把握资源优势，促进湾区共融。
