智通财经APP讯，德益控股(09900)发布公告，香港公司注册处处长于2025年5月15日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认公司的新英文名称“HONG KONG ZCLOUD TECHNOLOGY CONSTRUCTION LIMITED”及中文名称“香港智云科技建设有限公司”已分别根据香港法例第 622 章公司条例第 16 部于香港注册登记。
自2025年5月26日上午九时正起，公司股份于联交所买卖的英文股份简称将由“GAIN PLUS HLDGS”更改为“ZCLOUD TECH CON”，而中文股份简称将由“德益控股”变更为“智云科技建设”。公司的股份代号维持不变，仍为“9900”。
