消息面上，歌礼制药公布，其治疗轻中度斑块状银屑病的ASC50的I期新药临床试验申请(IND)已于近期获美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准。ASC50为歌礼自主研发的口服小分子白细胞介素-17(IL-17)靶向抑制剂，该靶点在银屑病等多种自身免疫及炎症性疾病领域已获充分的生物学验证并具备成熟商业价值。
此外，歌礼制药宣布，旨在评估超长效皮下注射ASC47单次给药联合司美格鲁肽在不伴有2型糖尿病的肥胖受试者中的安全性及初步疗效的随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究（ASC47-103研究）已完成首批受试者给药。ASC47-103研究的顶线数据预计将于2025年第四季度公布。
