力鸿检验拟5000万元收购目标公司剩余45%股权
力鸿检验（01586）发布公告，买方（公司的间接全资附属公司）于2025年5月21日与卖方签订股权转让协议，约定以5000万元（相当于约5350万港元）收购目标公司45%的股权。目标公司目前由买方和卖方分别持有55%和45%的权益，收购完成后，目标公司将成为公司的间接全资附属公司。
根据公告，目标公司截至2024年12月31日的税前净利润为1549万元，税后净利润为1260万元。目标公司的资产总值约为9737万元，负债总值约为3249万元。此次收购将有助于公司加强对目标公司的战略控制，提升决策效率和核心竞争力，同时优化资源整合，推动业务可持续增长。
