据报道，瑞士食品巨头雀巢首席执行官洛朗·弗雷克斯表示，该集团在偏离核心业务进入保健品等领域后，现正重新聚焦主业。他称此类扩张“削弱了组织架构”。

　　这位去年9月掌舵公司的高管向该报表示，除了在雀巢不具备竞争优势的领域，他并不认同精简业务组合的做法。“我认为永远不应忘记并购并非战略本身。”报道援引他的表述称。

　　在本周稍早的另一场采访中，弗雷克斯提到，尽管上月特朗普政府对主要贸易伙伴的关税政策引发担忧，但雀巢在美国市场份额正逐步回升。
