突然飙升36%！富智康集团（2981.HK）有何重大利好？
5月23日，富智康集团（02981.HK）午后股价大幅拉升，截至发稿前涨幅扩大至36.67%，报11.48港元/股。
消息面上，深交所发布公告称，因富智康集团实施股份合并，港股通将02981调入、02038调出。富智康集团此前公布，建议股份10合1，股份合并于5月20日生效。
富智康集团表示，期望通过股份合并提升吸引力，令投资者更有意愿投资合并股份，并扩大机构及专业投资者的股东基础。
此外，纳入港股通后，富智康集团有望吸引更多的投资者和资金流入，从而提高自身的市场流动性。这一预期或进一步推动了该股的上涨。
在合并生效前夕（5月19日），英伟达CEO黄仁勋在Computex2025开幕演讲中宣布，英伟达将联合台积电、富士康在中国台湾建立AI超级计算机。
同时，鸿海旗下工业富联董事长郑弘孟表示，鸿海会以英伟达GB200和GB300人工智能芯片平台为核心，在全球打造更多的运算中心。
市场对鸿海系在AI算力基建领域的布局充满期待。作为鸿海系的重要一员，富智康集团股价或也受到AI热点情绪的催化。
此外，富智康集团多日回购，一定程度支撑了股价。其中，5月22日以每股8.180港元至8.400港元的价格回购38.60万股，回购金额达318.25万港元。
