May 22 (Reuters) - Australia's Dexus DXS.AX said on Thursday it filed a case against the board of Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (APAC) contesting a notice it received last week alleging that it breached confidentiality agreements related to its 27% stake in the Melbourne Airport.
