【上海莱士：控股股东海盈康拟2.5亿元-5亿元增持公司股份】金十数据5月21日讯，上海莱士公告称，公司控股股东海盈康计划自公告披露之日起6个月内，通过集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份，增持金额不低于2.5亿元，不超过5亿元。增持旨在基于对公司未来发展的信心和长期投资价值的认同，增强投资者信心。增持主体海盈康将使用自有资金及股份增持专项贷款实施本次增持，其中专项贷款资金占比不超过90%。海盈康已收到中国银行出具的《贷款承诺函》，同意为海盈康增持公司股份提供不超过4.5亿元的股票增持专项贷款支持。
