利应杰及游雪琴于股东周年大会结束时成为公司执行董事，唐国林于股东周年大会结束时成为公司独立非执行董事。
此外,侯平不再担任公司提名委员会成员;叶渌不再担任公司之薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会成员及提名委员会成员;及游雪琴已获委任为公司之提名委员会成员;唐国林已获委任为公司薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会成员及提名委员会成员,自股东周年大会结束时生效。
