Odaily星球日报讯 摩根大通、美国银行、花旗集团、富国银行等美国主要商业银行正就联合推出稳定币展开初步磋商。参与讨论的机构包括由多家银行共同拥有的 The Clearing House 与 Zelle 背后公司 Early Warning Services LLC。 该稳定币项目仍处于早期阶段，进展将高度依赖于美国即将出台的稳定币立法。《国家创新与稳定币确立法案》（GENIUS Act）已获得两党支持，要求稳定币须以美元或其他高流动性资产全额储备，并规定市值超过 500 亿美元的发行方需进行年度审计，同时明确境外发行相关条款。 不过在法案进入最终表决前，一些民主党议员要求进一步审视特朗普与加密项目的关系。报道称，特朗普及其子曾被指与发行美元稳定币 USD1 的 World Liberty Financial 项目有关联。（The Block）
