　　中国领先医药企业江苏恒瑞医药股份有限公司（1276.HK; 600276.SH）周五在港交所挂牌，开市报57港元，较招股定价高29%，早盘一度升逾33%，至中午收市报XX港元，升X%。

　　公司公布，此次全球发售约2.245亿股股份，香港公开发售占21.50%，其中，香港公开发售获454.85倍认购，国际发售获17.09倍认购。股发售价44.05港元，为上限定价，全球发售净筹约97.473亿港元（12.45亿美元）。

　　1970年创立的恒瑞医药，是中国最大的抗肿瘤药和手术用药的研究和生产基地，也是中国最具创新能力的大型制药企业之一。今年首季度，公司收入同比增长20.1%至72.06亿元，利润同比增长37.2%至18.76亿元。
