　　5月23日，第十二届富国论坛在苏州举行。富国消费精选30基金经理周文波于主动权益投资分论坛发表演讲《A股港股“大消费”大反击》。

　　周文波表示，在投资框架上：自下而上+守正出奇，寻找具备景气成长、拐点的黑马、周期成长的好生意/好公司。在市场层面，以高仓位为主，结构为辅，系统性高估时控制风险；行业布局相对分散，个股相对集中，低位想机会，高位思风险。消费的重要性得到前所未有的重视，但目前消费动能较弱，老消费估值已有吸引力，但机会仍需等待。
