5月23日，A股AI医疗异动活跃。医疗器械指数ETF（159898）快速拉涨1.56%，成份股中凯普生物、贝瑞基因均涨超10%，东兴医疗、迪瑞医疗、迪安诊断涨逾4%，华大基因、尚荣医疗、祥生医疗跟涨。
根据动脉智库《医疗大模型研究报告》数据，医疗大模型市场规模2019年至2023年期间年均复合增长率超100%，预计2028年达111.6亿元。目前医疗大模型渗透率低，但2030年有望超过40%。安全性、有效性验证和监管体系缺乏是商业化推广的主要限制因素。
此外，医疗板块也面临集采压力消化后的业绩复苏机会。前期降价影响消退后，中标情况较好的企业把握机会扩大市场份额、获得产品销量提升，有望逐步实现业绩修复。
对于目前临床渗透率较低的创新术式相关器械与耗材，也可以关注国产替代与创新技术迭代来的渗透率提升机会。
