满贯集团（03390）发布公告，董事会宣布根据认购协议的条款，于2025年5月22日完成了共计9400万股新股份的发行，发行价为每股0.5港元。
此次股份的发行使认购人雅各臣科研制药的间接全资附属公司成为公司的主要股东，持有公司已发行股本约16.84%的权益。
此次股份发行后，公司的股东结构发生了变化。王嘉俊持有的股份比例从0.24%降至0.21%，Tycoon Empire Investment Limited的持股比例从37.51%降至33.57%，华润医药零售集团有限公司的持股比例从18.99%降至16.99%。而认购人的持股则从5659万股（7.07%）增加至1.51亿股（16.84%）。公众股东的持股比例也有所下降，从36.19%降至32.39%。
