中海物业与深圳领潮续签3年物资采购供应链管理服务协议
5月22日，中海物业（02669）发布公告，宣布与深圳领潮续签物资采购供应链管理服务协议。新协议自2025年7月1日起生效，至2028年6月30日止，为期三年。深圳领潮将继续向中海物业管理集团提供相关服务，旨在通过电子商务系统提升物资采购效率和供应链管理。
根据公告，深圳领潮为中国海外发展全资附属公司，构成持续关联交易。预计在2025年6月30日止半年的交易金额为650万港元，相当于610万元。根据上限计算，未来两年内的交易上限为3000万元至7000万元不等。公告还提到，中海物业管理集团将通过电子商务系统采购所需物品，并与独立第三方的报价进行比较，以确保采购价格的公平性。
