【中国人民银行副行长朱鹤新：推动加大科技金融风险的补偿力度】金十数据5月22日讯，中国人民银行副行长、国家外汇局局长朱鹤新5月22日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，下一步在进一步优化科技金融发展环境上还要下功夫，财政政策对激励引导金融机构支持科技创新具有重要作用。人民银行将配合好财政部门，用好用足贷款贴息、风险补偿等政策，有效发挥政府性融资担保体系作用，要通过多方分摊风险，激励金融机构提高风险容忍度，开发更便捷、低门槛的贷款产品，进一步加大对科技型企业的信贷、债券等融资支持力度。
