智通财经APP获悉，庄信万丰(JMPLY.US)宣布将其催化剂业务以约18亿英镑(24亿美元)现金出售给霍尼韦尔(HON.US)后，其股价应声飙升逾三分之一。
在伦敦股市早盘交易中，该股涨幅一度达34%。公司市值增加约7.6亿英镑，升至约31亿英镑。
庄信万丰周四宣布与霍尼韦尔达成交易，旨在精简业务结构。该公司表示，协议价格较分析师对该业务9.45亿英镑的平均估值存在溢价。
对工业巨头霍尼韦尔而言，此次收购将助其获得面向制药和农化企业的专业业务线，以及150余个助力减排的在研项目组合，其中包括工业用酶制剂和金属净化剂等核心产品。
完成出售后，庄信万丰将聚焦清洁空气技术与铂族金属化学品两大核心领域，并向股东返还14亿英镑的交易所得。
