Through this agreement, Agrify has acquired all equity interests in MC Brands LLC and its subsidiary Core Growth LLC. The deal, valued at $5,075,000, primarily involves the acquisition of intellectual property rights to the incredibles brand. Additionally, as part of the transaction, Core Growth has entered into a License Agreement with For Success Holding Company, another Green Thumb subsidiary, for the exclusive use of Beboe brand intellectual property in producing and selling hemp-derived products. This strategic move enhances Agrify's portfolio in the cannabis sector.
