一份备忘录显示，美国零售业风向标沃尔玛公司计划削减约1，500个岗位，此举是其重组举措的一部分，旨在简化运营架构。

　　此次调整将影响该公司全球技术运营团队、美国门店的电商履约业务及广告业务部门Walmart Connect。备忘录称：“为了加速我们在定义未来零售体验方面的进展，必须更加聚焦核心目标。”根据计划，沃尔玛将裁撤部分职位，同时开设新岗位。

　　作为美国最大私营雇主，沃尔玛在美国本土拥有约160万名员工，全球员工总数约210万（据官网数据）。

　　此前一周，沃尔玛表示，受特朗普政府贸易战对供应链及成本的冲击，公司计划在5月底前上调部分商品价格。今年2月，沃尔玛已裁撤部分岗位，并关闭北卡罗来纳州办事处，以将员工整合至加州和阿肯色州的主要办公中心。
