At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.26% at 41,968.84. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.24% at 5,858.82, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.65% at 18,994.51.
