医疗设备制造商美敦力（Medtronic）周三宣布，计划将其胰岛素泵及其他可穿戴设备为主的糖尿病业务剥离为独立公司，同时发布的2026年调整后利润预测低于市场预期。

　　该业务部门近年来因质量管理问题和部分设备的网络安全隐患遭遇监管审查，持续表现不佳。

　　此次拆分将使美敦力更专注于心脏设备等盈利能力更强的业务板块——后者目前是其最大收入来源。

　　新公司将由现任美敦力糖尿病业务总裁Que Dallara执掌，预计将纳入约8000名员工，总部设于加利福尼亚州诺斯里奇市。美敦力预计此次拆分将立即提升公司整体利润率并增厚利润。

　　公司声明指出，与其他医疗设备主要面向机构客户不同，糖尿病设备主要通过直销渠道面向终端消费者，需要差异化的商业与生产策略。拆分计划拟在未来18个月内通过资本市场交易完成，优先考虑采用IPO后分拆的方案。

　　摩根大通分析师Robbie Marcus表示：“无论是美敦力糖尿病业务难以维持当前中高个位数的有机增长……抑或该业务已无法为公司创造战略价值……我们对这则消息持审慎态度。”
