International Bancshares Corporation held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 19, 2025. Shareholders voted on several proposals, including the election of eight directors, which was approved. The appointment of RSM US LLP as the independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified. An advisory vote on the frequency of executive compensation approval was also considered. All proposals were approved by a majority vote.
