China Agri-Products Exchange Units Sell to Lease Back Assets

Two units of China Agri-Products Exchange (HKG:0149) entered into sale and leaseback contracts with lessor Haier Financial Services China, the company and parent Wang On Group (HKG:1222) said in a joint Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The total sale price under the contracts, which are valid for three years, is 71.4 million yuan.
The leased assets under the contract comprise certain construction projects located in Puyang City and Luoyang City involving sheds and certain equipment owned by the lessees.
The assets have a combined book value of 51.3 million yuan as of Feb. 28.
