　　周三，陷入困境的包装食品供应商卡夫亨氏（KHC）股价下跌。此前该公司表示一直在研究可能的并购交易以推动业务发展，并进行了董事会人事变动。

　　首席执行官卡洛斯・艾布拉姆斯 - 里维拉解释称，过去几个月，这家亨氏番茄酱和卡夫通心粉奶酪的生产商一直在 “评估潜在战略交易以释放股东价值”。公司指出，相关工作仍在继续，但无法保证 “评估过程将促成任何交易，或对结果及时间作出保证”。

　　此外，卡夫亨氏宣布，伯克希尔・哈撒韦（BRK.A）已告知该公司，将不再保留其持有的两个董事会席位。公司补充称，伯克希尔指出，蒂莫西・肯尼西和艾丽西亚・克纳普的辞职符合其对其他非控股投资的处理方式，且这些决定并非因与管理层或董事会存在任何分歧。
