智通财经APP讯，滔搏(06110)发布截至2025年2月28日止年度全年业绩，收入270.13亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少6.64%;权益持有人应占溢利12.86亿元，同比减少41.89%;每股基本盈利20.74分;拟派发末期股息每股2分及特别股息每股12分。
公告称，本财年，受消费需求疲软及线下客流持续下滑影响，集团全年收入同比下降。面对销售下滑带来的存货压力，集团与品牌合作伙伴携手，通过加速全渠道库存打通与周转、加大整体促销力度、战术性调整及线上线下销售结构等措施予以应对，其中下半财年的调整力度环比进一步加大。受以上因素的影响，集团毛利率同比下滑3.4个百分点至38.4%，公司权益持有人应占利润同比下降。公司权益持有人应占利润率同比下降2.8个百分点至4.8%。至财年末，集团的存货管控已产生成效。截至2025年2月28日，存货金额较2024年2月29日下降4.5%，较2024年8月31日下降1.9%，存货总额得到有效管控，同时存货周转天数也录得同比及环比改善。
